Saksit Khunkitti (b. 1989) is a Bangkok based artist.

Saksit’s practice deals with the uncertainty of being and the desire for structure and stability. Through observing the aesthetic, social, spatial and affective experiences of everyday life, looking for what is not immediately visible, ignored or hidden in plain sight, particularly in the context of built environment.

By experimenting with abstraction of forms and the reframing of compositions, he looks for points of convergence between the idealism and the messiness that exist in our reality, within the spaces and structures we inhabit, attempting to make sense of what is here and now but also wondering what is possible and what could have been.
